Mr. Wolverton is a member of the American, Texas and San Antonio Bar Associations. He is a member of the Tax Section of the American Association (Partnership Committee). Mr. Wolverton previously served as the Editor of the Real Estate Tax Developments Column in the State Bar of Texas Real Estate and Probate Journal.
In addition to the active practice of law, Mr. Wolverton is an author and served as an adjunct professor of law at St. Mary's University Law School for thirteen (13) years, teaching courses in Federal Income Taxation and Federal Taxation of Partners and Partnerships.
